Australian Coding Standards (ACS)

معايير الترميز الأسترالية هي الحاكمة لعمل المرمزين وهي الحكم الفيصل عند الاختلاف في ترميز مرض أو إجراء جراحي أو تشخيصي ومنها نتعلم فنيات الترميز

The Australian Coding Standards are written with the objective of satisfying sound coding convention according to ICD-10-AM and ACHI. They apply to all public and private hospitals in Australia and to other countries that use ICD-10-AM. The ongoing revision of the Australian Coding Standards ensures that they reflect changes in clinical practice, clinical classification amendments, Australian Refined Diagnosis Related Groups (AR-DRG) grouper updates and various user requirements of inpatient data collections.
The Australian Coding Standards are designed to be used in conjunction with each new Edition of ICD-10-AM and ACHI. The Tabular Lists of codes for ICD-10-AM and ACHI include an annotation next to certain codes to indicate that an Australian Coding Standards exists which will assist in the application of the code.
